Radial Tonebone

Tonebone Classic Distortion $369 rrp call for price

The natural distortion of the original Bassman, the sweet-spot of a Vintage Tweed plus a whole lot more. Find out more from the Tonebone site

Tonebone Hotbrit Distortion $369 rrp call for price

The sound of a 4x12 double stack to the power-chord mayhem of metal. Tube distortion for those that want extreme.

Tonebone Plexitube $549 rrp call for price

This Tonebone is a much more comprehensive and complex pedal than the Classic. Necessarily a bit longer than the Classic pedal in order to accommodate the extra controls, this red and black-liveried mini-behemoth uses the 12AX7 valve and the control and saturation of its solid-state drive circuit to provide high levels of overtone-laden gain. Combine this basic overdriven tonality with the EQ, Top End and Mid Boost facility of the Classic and two differently voiced outputs, each with their own level control, and you’ve got a seriously flexible Marshall Plexi tone palette at your disposal.

Tonebone Trimode $549 rrp call for price

Trimode - 3 modes, huge tone and amazing dynamics – finally, a pedal that sounds and feels like a real tube amp!

  • True bypass clean mode
  • Dynamic rhythm distortion mode
  • Sustaining lead distortion mode
  • 12AX7 tube for natural overdrive tone
  • Effects loop on lead solo channel

Tonebone PZ - Pre $549 rrp call for price

The PZ Pre features two inputs for quick instrument changes on stage, a powerful yet warm sounding semi parametric EQ to tailor your sound, plus a host of feedback eliminating controls including a dual Q notch filter to surgically remove feedback points, a high pass filter to cut low frequency resonance and a phase reverse switch to optimize the acoustic environment on stage. 3 separate outputs; an on stage instrument amp out, a balanced XLR pre EQ direct out for the house mix and a balanced XLR post EQ out for stage monitors or in ears. A dedicated tuner out with mute switch is provided for quiet on stage tuning as well as an effects loop and power booster.

Tonebone JX-2 Switchbone $479 rrp call for price

The Switchbone lets a player run two amplifier heads into one speaker cab, with full channel/head switching capabilities. It's available in three versions specifically for tube heads (VT), solidstate heads (SS), and the TS lets you switch between tube and solidstate amps. All three feature two amplifer input and output jacks, one speaker-out jack, and a Slingshot remote switch jack, one buffered and one direct input jack. The buffered jack is for guitar signals that have no preamp, while the direct accepts preamped signals. Again, LED indicators tell you which head you're using (or if both are on).

Radial Bones Vienna Chorus $479 rrp call for price

The heart of an analogue chorus is the bucket brigade chip. Alas, low noise versions of these such as the highly regarded Panasonic MN3007 have not been made for years. So we started scrounging the market to find these discontinued chips until we could put together a stash that was sufficiently large to go into production. We have thousands in stock and have built the Vienna in such a way that the MN3007 chip is socket-mounted for easy replacement. This is particularly important for our European customers as we must be prepared to buy these back in effort to conform to the no-lead initiatives for dumpsites. The Vienna Chorus had to be different and we achieved this by creating a dual-mode chorus pedal whereby the guitarist can toggle between a slight choral effect to an exaggerated tone for soloing. This really opens the door for sonic possibilities which will surely spur on the creative process.
