Traditional Mk-II set

Traditional vintage sound similar to the best Strat pickups of yesteryear. Complex Alnico character, excellent dynamics, projection and definition that are retained even when distorted. Fluid, shimmery, chimey highs (never thin or Ice picky) More punch and thwack on the wound strings than a regular single coil. Has excellent twang and growl. 'Caricature' of classic vintage Alnico Strat* tone, with NoHum.

Very versatile. Great clean sounds that don't break up easily.

Blues Set

Less aggressive, rounder Aged *Strat sound with softer attack than the Trad Mk-II in clean mode and breaks into crunch more easily. Lots of Alnico detail but less bright tone, medium strong output. Also great for smooth overdrive sounds with 'clarity and TONE', with Zero Hum.

THE most dynamic slightly-aged Strat sound with the most thump and punch of any Strat pickup. Explosive attack with exceptional clarity, definition and and projection that breaks into crunch under heavy pick attack. Heaps of Alnico tone character. Overdosed with projection and plenty of grit and powerful top end chime. Great for Heavy Rock and extreme distortion. High output and never too harsh, with the supreme advantage of NoHum.

Hank Marvin set

This set has a big, powerful vintage sound that affords the player projection and clarity not possible with regular single coil pickups (non-noiseless types). This set has exceptional balance in terms of Tone and Output level accross all pickup positions. You'll love how the bridge pickup never sounds shrill or skinny, it's just so meaty and so rich in twangy tone. Hank loves to really dig into the strings with his pick when using the bridge AVn-64 pickup. Hank used this set exclusively during the final Farewell Shadows tour in 2004 where he played old and new tunes and received many compliments on his sound.

Rich Drive $259

The 2-knob overdrive pedal that started it all back in early 1997. Retains the integrity of your guitar signal & dynamics. Top end & bottom end retained. Always remains cohesive. Although optimised for "British" voiced amps [eg the Vox AC30/Orange AD30], I invite you to A/B test the Rich Drive against any other overdriver on the market. The stronger bottom end means this is also a great pedal for bass players.

Rich Fuzz $299

The second pedal in the range & a firm favourite with the new generation of recording & touring bands. Delivers vintage fuzz with a lot of sustain but with less noise than the original fuzz pedals. The wide range tone control allows extremes of treble or bass tonality. Pretty much the benchmark cascaded gain stage NPN transistor 3-knob fuzz pedal. This is also a great pedal for recording distorted bass sounds.

Rich Blues $299

For smooth, creamy & dynamically responsive bluesy riffs & lead breaks. Warmer midrange & sweeter top end than the competition with a very useful active tone control sweep. Reacts precisely to your individual playing style allowing the true voice of any instrument or player to shine through. At its very best when used with valve amps just starting to "break up".

Class-A Distortion $299

Exceptionally touch responsive all discrete class-A NPN/PNP transistor circuitry, no IC's or clipping diodes for a predominantly 2nd harmonic distortion output. Adds a nice valvey brilliance. The sort of pedal you will find yourself leaving on all the time ! This distortion is so cool it even sounds fabulous through a dead clean amp !

Rich Switch Active A/B $349

A+B switcher intended for driving multiple amps &/or multiple FX chains, without introducing hum & noise. Single high impedance input with high-performance, low-noise op-amp IC buffer eliminates signal loading problems. Outputs for amp-A, amp-B, plus tuner. Output A is isolated via a "Harbuch" broadcast/studio quality line transformer to safely avoid hum/earth loops with multiple amps.

Passive FX loop switcher. Features 2 x series FX loops with status LED's & true hard-wired bypass using 3PDT heavy-duty footswitches. Solves signal degradation problems caused when bypassed FX are not switched completely out of the signal chain. Enables 2 x preset combinations of FX to be switched in or out of the signal chain.
