	Yamaha C40 $199 call for price This is the entry level student model guitar that we recommend. Playability, tone and reliability at an affordable price. Yamaha has been making quality instruments for decades.
Budget model:
	Valencia TC46 $129 This is the cheapest guitar on the market that we are willing to vouch for. It is a reliable and popular model that does the job for the student on a budget or someone who is uncertain if they want to take up the guitar and wants to make a small investment to find out. The TC46 will suit a total beginner but as the learning progresses a better instrument may be soon needed.
Solid top model:
	Yamaha CG-122MS Classical Guitar $399 rrp Call for price Solid Engelmann Spruce top with Nato back, sides and neck. Rosewood fingerboard and brige. This entry model offers solid top at affordable price. This is the only Mat Finish model in the series and its sound quality surely stands out in this price range. There are two variations available, solid Cedar top and solid Spruce top.
