Weissenborn-Style slide guitars

Originally conceived for Hawaiian slide playing, these amazing sounding instruments are becoming increasingly popular courtesy of slide players like Dave Lindley, Ben Harper, Jerry Douglas and Bob Brozman. This style of slide guitar has a hollow, square neck and high action specifically for slide playing in the lap position. The sound is very resonant and comparable to a steel bodied guitar but the sound is like a "larger than life" acoustic. A gorgeous sound!

Our pick up and hardware are identical to the originals. We have even sold these replacement parts to Tone Master owners. It includes a bone nut, square-covered style tuners, ash tray cover, and tobacco brown two-tone finish. We have dedicated TKL hardshell case which is form fitted.
