PRICING
All prices are listed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD), including GST (inc GST).
We strive to be competitive, if you see a better price including freight on a stocked item elsewhere in Australia, please give us a call on 02 9817 2173.
MINIMUM ORDER
Minimum online orders must be to the value of no less than $20. This amount does not include freight. This is simply to cover the time taken to select items, packaging, addressing and then delivering it by hand to the little old local post office. While all our customers are important, this takes our attention away from the hordes of customers queueing up instore. We hope you understand.
AVAILABILITY & ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
Our online store is designed to reflect stock that we typically carry in store. We sincerely make an effort to ensure that the items displayed on our Site reflect our current stock on hand. However, due to high stock turnover, Gladesville Guitar Factory cannot guarantee that all items displayed on our Site are in stock at all times. We will contact you if an item ordered is not in stock. Most often, out of stock items can be rapidly ordered or drop-shipped to you with minimal delay as many of our suppliers are local. If a listed product is completely out of stock from a supplier of Gladesville Guitar Factory we will notify you as soon as possible after becoming aware of the non-availability and will refund any monies paid.
ACCURACY OF CONTENT AND PRICING INFORMATION
While we strive to keep all information on our site up to date and correct at all times, prices, product descriptions and availability can change very quickly and inaccuracies may occur from time to time. Many products are imported into Australia which subjects us to currency exchange, taxes and freight cost fluctuations depending on when a product has been ordered or shipped to us. Gladesville Guitar Factory may make changes to the information contained within the Site, including to the products and prices described in the Site, at any time, without prior notice to you (including after you have submitted your order).
Information on our Site is constantly updated, but it may not be current or complete at the moment you visit this Site and may contain errors or inaccuracies. To further explain, we receive products from numerous suppliers whose prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice to us. Please note that placing items in your cart does not reserve the current prices shown at that time. Prices are reserved only by placing an order. We will contact you immediately if an order has been placed on an incorrectly priced, stocked or described item to explain and rectify any possible issues.

We are more than happy to resolve problems with our customers and any issues can usually be remedied by a simple phone call or email.

WARRANTIES
All new products are sold with the supplier's limited warranties. The terms of the warranty vary depending upon the supplier and product. Please call 02 9817 2173 if you require further details. Except to the extent required by law or to the extent otherwise specified, Gladesville Guitar Factory provides no separate warranty. Suppliers require a purchase receipt for warranty returns and repairs, it is your responsibility to keep this and any related documents. If you have a warranty concern please contact us immediately to establish the fastest way to rectify the situation.
